Zwelitsha Women and Children Support Centre is committed to protecting dignity, strengthening families and creating safer communities. We provide confidential assistance, emotional support, referrals, empowerment programmes and practical help to people in need.
What we do
Support that meets you where you are
Crisis Support
Immediate guidance and support for women and children facing unsafe or difficult situations.
Counselling and Emotional Support
Confidential emotional support, trauma-informed counselling and referrals.
Child Protection Support
Assistance with child safety concerns, neglect, abuse and access to appropriate services.
Safe Accommodation Referrals
Support in finding temporary shelter, safe spaces and emergency accommodation.
Legal and Social Service Referrals
Guidance and referrals to qualified legal, social work and government support services.
Food, Clothing and Essential Support
Emergency assistance for families who need food, clothing, sanitary products and other basic items.
Women Empowerment
Skills development, employment readiness, financial education and small-business support.
Youth and Children Programmes
Safe activities, educational support, mentorship and personal development programmes.
